founder clinic

Building alone? Not anymore.

Join a tight-knit community of solo founders, indie hackers and builders sharing ideas, experiences, and support. Membership is free.

What it actually is

A group video call every two weeks

One hour, cameras on, no slides. Come when you can, skip when you can't. Super chill.

A WhatsApp group

Where most of the value is. Questions at 11pm, launch links, screenshots, and referrals, whatever you need.

No agenda, no speakers

We talk about what we're working on. Whoever is stuck gets the airtime.

No payment. Nothing up-front.

No subscription, no cohort fee, no upsell at the end. This is a tight-knit community, not a product.

Who this is for

If you're the entire company, or you're trying to be, you're in the right place.

Solo founders

You are product, support, finance and marketing all at once. You need people who understand that without an explanation.

Indie hackers

Small products, real revenue (or the hunt for it), allergic to process theatre and growth playbooks.

Builders with a side project

Still employed, shipping at night, working out whether the thing has legs before you bet another year on it.

Builders on the verge of AI psychosis

If you consider Claude your co-founder, you probably need to start talking to some humans.

What you get

Answers, contacts, and fewer things blocking you.

Unstuck, faster

The problem you've circled for three weeks is often a five minute conversation for someone who already solved it.

Honest feedback, not applause

People with skin in the same game will tell you when the pricing is wrong or the idea is thin. Politely, but we will tell you.

A shared knowledge pool

Cold outreach, first hire, contracts, churn, tax, tools that are worth the money. Someone in the group has done it already.

Introductions that go somewhere

Warm intros to customers, collaborators and people who have shipped the exact thing you are about to attempt.

How the community works

Super loose structure, no formality, no pitching.

Every two weeks

Group video call

Round the room first: a few minutes each on what you shipped and where you are stuck. Then the floor opens and the group talks about whatever is most useful / interesting that night. If one person is deep in a hard decision, we spend the hour there.

Always on

The WhatsApp group

Low volume, high signal. Ask for eyes on a landing page before you push it live, share the numbers, post the thing you are proud of. No daily prompts, no engagement rituals.

I've been running in-person tech events for 4+ years and a small Whatsapp group with founders which has been hugely helpful. This is the next iteration of that - a small, tight-knit community where founders can get real-time advice and support.
